Rooted in Tracy
For nearly 30 years, Jass Sangha has called Tracy home. She is a businesswoman, mother, and cancer survivor who raised her family here and watched her children attend Tracy public schools.
Jass has spent years serving the community and brings experience in both local government and business. She has served two terms on the Tracy Planning Commission and has served on the San Joaquin County Planning Commission since 2021. Her experience has given her a firsthand understanding of the decisions that shape Tracy’s neighborhoods, infrastructure, economy, and quality of life. Jass believes local leadership should be accessible, accountable, fiscally responsible, and focused on practical results for residents.

Founding Member of Tracy Police Chief Advisory Board
Appointed as a founding member of the Tracy Police Chief’s Advisory Board, helping strengthen communication, trust, and collaboration between law enforcement and the community.

Honored for making service a way of life — helping students pursue opportunity, supporting local causes, and giving her time to organizations that strengthen the community.

Recognized for her support of scholarships and nonprofits, volunteering at schools and hospitals, and service with multiple community boards and commissions.
